Standing Committees
- Rules/Bylaws - Purpose: to review, revise and update Party bylaws. Chair: Larry Spataro. Members: Bob Hollis, Janet Thomas, Ken Mahoney.
- Budget - Purpose: set up 2-year administrative, political budgets. Chair: Kurt Troutman. Members: Don Aley, Sharon Aley, Ray Veeder.
- Candidate Recruitment/Assistance - Purpose: to create a successful Democratic slate for local elections. Members: Chris Hain, Tim Michalski, and Maureen Rielly.
- Membership - Purpose: to reach out to new members and volunteers, and to double membership by year end. Chair: Steve Markel. Members: Patsy Petty, Myrl Lockett, Bob Hollis, Loretta Briggs.
- Communication/PR - Purpose: establish Democratic Party community presence through website, media, PR,editorials and advertisements. Members: Kurt Troutman, Edd Whalen, Sharon Hamilton, Patsy Petty, Tom Mason, Pat Shafer, Nana Krachtovil.
- Fundraising - Chair: Flo Shriver. Purpose: to oversee plans for fundraising events throughout the year and to help organize teams for each such event. Members: Patsy Petty, Pat Wright, Chris Hain, Mary Wiggins, Brian Rhinesmith and Cindi Posthumus.
Advisory Teams
- Education/Election Integrity - Purpose: (1) to disseminate information re Democratic political issues through community forums and other means and (2) to utilize precinct delegates, poll watchers and others to monitor the elections process, to ensure that all elections are conducted accurately and fairly. Chair: Jane Horton. Members: Kimon Kotos, Chris Kilgroe, Mary Valentine, Rosemary Kowalski.
